Top Flight Medical Billing Inc uses this website to receive and review business inquiries from practices. Do not include any patient information.
What we collect and why
We collect the business contact details, practice information, service needs, budget preferences and notes you choose to submit, plus your consent and submission time. We use these to assess fit and contact you with a response. We do not generate automatic quotes or sell your information.
No spam. Inquiry-only contact.
We contact you only about your request, including questions or next steps needed to respond. We do not send unrelated promotions or add you to marketing lists. We never sell or rent your information, share it for marketing, or give it to third parties for their own use.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare hosts this site and stores inquiries privately in Workers KV. Records expire after 180 days unless moved into a separate client relationship file. Optional email notifications contain a reference number only, not your form answers. Authorized staff access records to respond. Only our authorized team and the hosting or email service providers needed to handle your request may process your information for that purpose, not for their own marketing. This operational processing is not a sale or marketing sharing.
Security and patient information
This inquiry form is not a patient-data channel. HIPAA-compliant client services are covered by a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) signed with every client before any patient information is shared. A BAA is arranged privately, not through this website.
We use HTTPS and restricted account access. Basic abuse prevention uses a hashed network identifier for up to one hour; hosting security logs may contain network information. No system can guarantee absolute security, and automated filters cannot detect all patient information. Do not submit it.
Cookies and choices
This site uses no advertising cookies, tracking analytics or third-party font requests. To make the form easier, a draft is saved in this browser tab’s session storage between steps and on refresh. It is cleared after successful submission, when you choose Erase draft, normally when the tab closes, or after 24 hours on your next visit. Browser session restoration may retain a tab’s draft; use Erase draft on shared devices. Avoid shared devices and never enter patient information. To request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw contact permission, use the inquiry form, choose “Other” service and identify your request without including patient information. We will delete your inquiry on request after reasonable verification, unless we are legally required to retain it. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.
